1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds on eligible products returned within 16 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Used or damaged products not due to our error

  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)

3. Refund Process

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in certain situations, including:

  • Items not in original condition

  • Returns made outside the approved timeframe

7. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.
